Dr Louise Marsh
Louise is a Research Fellow in The Cancer Society Social and Behavioural Research Unit (SBRU), based at the University of Otago, Dunedin. The SBRU undertakes research to support the Cancer Society in priority areas identified for the primary prevention of cancer in New Zealand, in particular, tobacco control, ultraviolet radiation exposure, and healthy physical activity and nutrition. Louise’s research focuses on reducing uptake of smoking among young people and increasing cessation for this priority population.
